ROQUEBRUNE SUR ARGENS :
VILLAGE DE CARACTERE
Once upon a time, there was a medieval village…
Discover the history of this amazing thousand year-old village overlooked by its famous red rock - the “Rocher”. It all begins around the year 1,000 AD, with the establishment of a fortification known as : the Castrum. Later the village grows with the development of the rue des Portiques, full of picturesque houses and arcades, clustered around the elegant bell tower and parish church.
