recommend 3 circuits :
The Base to Lake Roquette Distance : 6 km round trip No shuttle available Set off in the direction of the Rocher. Magnificent views of the Rocher , pleasant meandering until you reach the foot of le Rocher de Roquebrune. Swimming possible. This is an easy circuit for people of all levels. There are no rapids and it will take you 2 hours, unless you want to take your time and have a picnic (plan to spend half a day !) The Base to Verteil Distance : 8km Shuttle service available You are surrounded by nature and a very quiet, bucolic, relaxing atmosphere. A sharp contrast with the bustling life on the coast from Fréjus to Saint-Raphael. The circuit is easy, but requires a spot of stamina. You will have to negotiate two dams by carrying the canoes over dry land (not a problem). There is a shuttle available for the return journey. The overall trip takes half a day, and departures are in the mornings only. The Base to the Sea Distance : 14 km Shuttle for return journey available Quite an adventure, with a change of scenery, a day of sport and a triumphant arrival at the coast..all in one day. An unforgettable experience ! Departures between 9 a.m and 11 a.m at the latest, with a picnic on the way. This route is easy, but you need to be in good physical condition. There are two dams to negotiate on foot. The return journey is by shuttle in late afternoon.
